Often, the critical phase of a project is the establishment of the actual situation and surrounding facts, including both physical facts and the views and positions of associated organizations. WSPM uses direct measurement, digital photography and specific evaluation tools to establish physical condition. The resulting ship check and condition reports support failure analysis and engineering solutions. Ship checks and investigations include patient and effective communications to determine the overall situation and identify successful resolution.
WSPM uses technology and communications to find, document and resolve problems. WSPM utilizes International standards (ISO), military standards (MIL-STD), commercial standards, USCG and classification society requirements to evaluate situations and develop solutions.
WSPM works with CAD drawings and Microsoft Office programs to develop data. Other tools are also available to meet customer requirements.WSPM prepares presentation and media materials to focus on customer products and goals.
WSPM forms teams and organizes activities to ensure that all customer requirements are addressed with experienced and qualified personnel.
WSPM’s principal, Tom Wright, has commanded a US Navy ship, completed the Defense Management College Program Management course and has over 26 years experience in government, commercial and private shipbuilding, ship repair and operations.
